The digest serves as a tool which readers can use to research and review the jurisprudence of the Arbitration Council from the arbitral decisions (otherwise known as arbitral awards) in these compilations. The digest is organised according to broad categories of legal issues.

The digest is no longer published however this archive contains all digests produced between May 2003 and December 2008.
