Training and Relations Manager

Mr. Hour Chhaileng, serves as Training and Relations Manager, a senior role within the ACF and, as a part of the Executive Management Team. He is leading the Training and Communications Department (TCD) and assisting the management team for the initiation and development of strategies, policies and tools to enhance good governance and to ensure the financial and institutional sustainability of the AC/F.

Prior to joining ACF, Chhaileng is a Project Manager for Monitoring and Evaluation and Investment Project at Young Entrepreneurship Association of Cambodia. Chhaileng has 10 years of extensive experiences in professional development and training, communications and public relations, monitoring and evaluation, child protection, social accountability and civic engagement, and community development in business associations, local and international organizations.

Chhaileng earned his master’s degree on Development Management from Norton University, and bachelor’s degree of Art in Social Work from Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Currently, he is earning another bachelor’s degree of law at Asia Europe University.
