General Meeting of the Arbitration Council 2022 (GMA 2022)
Phnom Penh: On November 26th, 2022, tArbitration Council Foundation held its 2022 General Meeting of the Arbitration Council with the participation of members of the Arbitration Council, the Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and the Management. A total of 21 arbitrators (15 in person and 5 online).
The meeting discussed the following key points:
1) Update of cases resolved at the Arbitration Council
2) Brief report on the readiness of Arbitration Council foundation to participate i individual disputes resolution .
3) Reportting on the institutional of the Arbitration Council
4) Demonstration of the Procedure for Nominating and Selecting a Joint Arbitrator for new ad-hoc Fullbench
The discussion meeting was held in a friendly manner, with the participation and discussion of the participants, which contributed to improving the efficiency of the Arbitration Council.
