workshop on Labour Dispute Resolution

Phnom Penh: On 22nd February 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), in collaboration with 5 union federations including National Labour Confederation of Cambodia, Coalition of Cambodian Apparel Workers’ Democratic Union, Cambodian Labour Confederation, Cambodian Food and Service Workers Federation, and Cambodian Alliance of Trade Unions, organized a workshop on Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by the Arbitration Council for 49 union members, including 13 women.

This workshop was presented by Arbitrator Ann Vireak, a member of the Arbitration Council, in which providing participants the opportunity to gain better understandings and to clarify their doubt on the process of Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by Arbitration Council and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia.
