Kandal: On 2nd May 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with New Wide Apparel Co.,Ltd conducted the module III training on “Communications for Negotiation” for 17 participants ( 7 women) who are the representatives of employer, employee, and union.
All participants actively engaged in group discussion, experiences sharing sessions which are linked with the content of the module. This indicated their improvement of both knowledge and negotiation skills which will be used for any future negotiations.
