Industrial Relation Trainer

Mr. Orn Doeurn serves as Industrial Relation Trainer at the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF). He works closely with the Training and Relation Manager and other Executive Management Team members to ensure it consistently achieves its organizational overall management the partnership, outreaching, training dispute mechanism component including delivering trainings and coordination performance management.

Prior to joining ACF, Mory was an Economic Empowerment Specialist/Officer for 3 years at RATANAK International and used to work as Project Coordinator of I-SAF for 2 years, Technical Youth for Change Officer for 2 years at World Vision International. Doeurn has extensive experiences in developing guideline and materials to promote civic engagement and participation, community organizing and mobilization, delivering trainings and workshops including providing coaching and mentoring services, monitoring and evaluation.

Doeurn earned his bachelor’s degree of Art in Psychology from Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Nowadays he is studying for a bachelor’s degree of Law in at Asia Euro universities in Phnom Penh.
