Phnom Penh: On May 15, 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), in collaboration with 4 associations, including Cambodia Automotive Industry Federation (CAIF), Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF), Club of Cambodian Journalists (CCJ), and CamboJA organized a workshop for their members on Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by the Arbitration Council for 30 shop stewards, Human Resource, Administration, and Compliance (9 women). This workshop was presented by Arbitrator Mar Samborana, a member of the Arbitration Council.
Mr. Men Nimmith, Executive Director of ACF, said thanks to the management of all four associations for their collaboration in organizing this workshop. He encourages all the participants to share their experience and raise questions related to the process of the Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by the Arbitration Council.
All the participants gain a better understanding and clarify their doubts about the process of Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by Arbitration Council and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia.
