Takeo: On 12th July 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Shoe Premier II (Cambodia) Branch conducted module 1 training of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Building Employment Relationship” to 16 participants (9 women) who are the representatives of employer, worker and union leaders.
Participants well-known and understood the actors and their roles and responsibilities in building good and strong employment relationship and showed a positive attitude in building a good working environment in their factory.
