Kandal: On 15th July 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with SLin Wen Chih Sunbow Enterprise Co., Ltd conducted module 1 training of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Building Employment Relationship” to 21 participants (9 women) who are the representatives of employer, worker and union leaders.
Participants well-known and understood the actors and their roles and responsibilities in building good and strong employment relationship and showed a positive attitude in building a good working environment in their factory.
