Phnom Penh: On 17th July 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with Wan He Da Manufacturing Company Limited to conduct the module III training on “Communications for Negotiation” for 25 participants (10 women) who are the representatives of employer, employee, and union leaders.
All participants are actively engaged in group discussion and sharing their experiences that are linked to the content. This indicated their improvement of both knowledge and negotiation skills, which will be used for any future negotiations.
