Kandal: On 13th August 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with Lin Wen Chih Sunbow Enterprise Co.,Ltd continue to conduct a training of Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanism” to 16 participants (6 women) who are the representatives of employer, employee, and union leader.
Participants know the basic elements, form of workplace cooperation mechanism and its advantages and the workplace grievance procedures. They expressed their optimism to participate in implementing the workplace cooperation mechanism and workplace grievance procedure even better.
