Kandal: On 26th September 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Sixplus Industry Co., Ltd conducted training module I of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Employment Relationship Building” to 24 participants (13 women) who are the representatives of employer, worker and union leaders.
Participants well-known and understood the actors and their roles and responsibilities in building good and strong employment relationship and showed a positive attitude in building a good working environment in their factory.
