Phnom Penh: On Tuesday 1st April 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Shoe Premier II (Cambodia) Co., Ltd conducted Module 1 on the topic of “Building Employment Relationship” to a total of 17 participants (11 women) including employer representatives, worker representatives, union leaders and shop stewards.
Participants were well-known and understood the actors and their roles and responsibilities in building good and strong employment relationships and showed a positive attitude in building a good working environment in their factory.
