Background: Mrs. Seng Vuoch Hun is the founder and President of ASIA CAMBODIA LAW GROUP which has been duly established and registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (the “BAKC”) since 2006. She is an active member of the BAKC and a lawyer who has plenty of experience mainly incorporation, commercial, banking, and litigation. She is also actively serving as a Labor Arbitrator from the employer list. Mrs. Seng Vuoch Hun is one of the first commercial arbitrators admitted to the National Commercial Arbitration Center (“NCAC”) and has been elected as the Vice-President of this Centre for two mandates. She is also currently serving as President of the Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (IPAC).
