International Development Association, World Bank, funded the Demand for Good Governance Project through the Royal Government of Cambodia, represented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance

Supported the Arbitration Council and Arbitration Council Foundation core and ancillary operations from June 2009 to September 2014; the Arbitration Council sub-component was intended to promote, mediate and respond to the demand for good governance by supporting a rule-based, predictable, fair and transparent process and institutional structure for resolving labor disputes helping to fulfill a need for justice and dispute resolution. Performance was rated highly satisfactory at completion of the project.
