Phnom Penh: On March 14, 2025 the Arbitration Council Foundation has conducted a one-day training on “AC process and Case Preparation Techniques” for 27 participants (14 women) including Lawyers, Human Resources Managers, Compliance Officer, Union leaders, and Staffs from private companies and non- governmentorganizations.
This training was presented by Arbitrator Kong Phallack, member of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Pen Savat, Head of Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and Ms. Huy Sambath, Senior Legal Officer of Legal Service Department of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
Through this training, participants gained knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute resolution and techniques for case preparation and findings at Arbitration Council.
