Phnom Penh: On May 17, 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation has conducted a one-day training on “AC process and Case Preparation Techniques” for 28 participants (16 women) including Lawyers, Human Resources Managers, Compliance Officer and staffs from private companies and Non government​organizations.
This training was presented by Mr. Ing Sothy, Arbitrator of the Arbitration Council, Mrs. Kong Soveacha, Official of Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and Mrs. Huy Sambath, Senior Legal Officer of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
Through this training, participants gained knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation techniques and findings at Arbitration Council.
