Phnom Penh: On August 2, 2024 the Arbitration Council Foundation has conducted a one-day training on “AC process and Case Preparation Techniques” for 28 participants (12 women) including Lawyers, Human Resources Managers, Compliance Officer and staffs from private companies and Non governmentorganizations.
This training was presented by Mr. Ouk Ry, Arbitrator of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Pen Savat, Head of Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and Mr. Teng Chesda, Director Of Legal Service Department of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
Through this training, participants gained knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation techniques and findings at Arbitration Council.
