Phnom Penh: On October 18, 2024 the Arbitration Council Foundation has conducted a one-day training on “AC process and Case Preparation Techniques” for 27 participants (15 women) including Human Resources Managers, Compliance Officer and Union, and Staffs from private companies and Non governmentorganizations.
This training was presented by Arbitrator Sin Kimsean, member of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Pen Savat, Head of Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and Ms. Huy Sambath, Senior Legal Officer of Legal Service Department of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
Through this training, participants gained knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute resolution and techniques for case preparation and findings at Arbitration Council.
