Kampong Speu: On 24th June 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with F.U.G Garment (Cambodia) conducted a training of Module I of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Building Employment Relationship” to 20 participants (15 women) who are the representatives of employer and worker.
Participants well-known and understood the actors and their roles and responsibilities in building good and strong employment relationships and showed a positive attitude in building a good working environment in their factory.
