Svayrieng: On 21st May 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with Elite (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd to conduct the module III training on “Communications for Negotiation” for 18 participants (13 women) who are the representatives of employer, employee, and union. All participants are actively engaged in group discussion and sharing their experiences that are linked to the content of the module. This indicated their improvement of both knowledge and negotiation skills, which will be used for any future negotiations.
