Kampong Speu: On 23rd July 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with F.U.G Garment (Cambodia) conducted a training of Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanism” to 20 participants (15 women) who are the representatives of employer, worker.
Participants know the basic elements, form of workplace cooperation mechanism and its advantages and the workplace grievance procedures. They expressed their optimism to participate in implementing the workplace cooperation mechanism and workplace grievance procedure even more better.
