Phnom Penh: On December 10, 2022, the Arbitration Council Foundation organized an exchange professional experiences between
Delegates from the National Arbitration Academy, members of the Arbitration Council, the Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and a total of 28 staff members of the Arbitration Council Foundation (15 women).
This curriculum focuses on:
1. Elements of the contract and termination of employment contract
2. Forms of harassment and discrimination in the workplace
3. Violation of workers’ privacy and
4. Procedures for gathering evidence when there is a dispute in the workplace.
The facilitators and participants discussed, exchanged experiences, and discussed practical case studies to expand their knowledge and skills to become more knowledgeable in the process of resolving labor disputes in Cambodia through the Arbitration Council mechanism.
Mr. Men Nimmith, Executive Director of the Arbitration Council Foundation, on behalf of the Arbitration Council, thanked the delegation of the National Arbitration Academy for taking the time to share their knowledge and experience with the members of the Arbitration Council and the staff of the Arbitration Council Foundation. Now. He wished the delegates of the Arbitration Academy a safe journey back to the United States and Canada.
