Prakas are issued by the Ministry in charge of labour in relation to the Labour Law. They are secondary to the Labour Law but are considered primary sources of law for the purposes of decision making.
Prakas issued concerning the functions of the Arbitration Council are available on this website. For further information stakeholders are encouraged to contact the Ministry in charge of labour.
