Currently supports a discrete project of the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) to increase problem solving and conflict resolution capacity of workers and management within factories; ACF has developed and is delivering a pilot longer-term skills development training program called ‘Workplace Dispute Prevention and Resolution’ under this project framework to support stakeholder capacity-building to resolve and prevent disputes within the workplace.
