Current Position: Deputy Secretary-General, Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC)

Background: Experience in conflicts resolution in relation to protected areas and protected area community-based natural resources management. Experience in small business management. Development of research and policy documents relating to natural resources management, protected areas, transboundary water and water-related management, and transboundary international river basin management.

Education: Master of Science in Soil Science (University of Gent, Belgium); Bachelor of Forestry Science (Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh, Cambodia).
