IT Coordinator

Mr. Ny Phirum serves as IT Coordinator at the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) and is a member of the Executive management Team. He is responsible for overall development, implementing, and maintaining the ACF Information Technology network and systems and

provide technical support on the ACF website, social media, database, and other online media.

Mr. Ny Phirum has more than 14 years of experience working in the field of information technology with private sector, government and international/local NGOs. He holds his Bachelor degree of Computer Science from Norton university of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
