Senior Training and Communication Officer 

Ms. Pich Teav serves as Senior Training and Communication Officer at the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF). She works closely with the Training and Relation Manager and other Executive Management Team members to ensure it consistently achieves its organizational. She is responsible for running the Dispute Prevention​ and Resolution Program, Public Relations with stakeholders, monitoring and controlling the data on the Web site, and social media.

Ms. Pich Teav has more than 10 years of experience working in the training and communication field of projects implemented with NGOs​ and garment sector. Teav has extensive experiences in developing guideline and materials to promote Gender Equality, Sexual harassment prevention, delivering trainings including providing coaching, monitoring and evaluation in local and international organizations.

Teav earned her bachelor’s degree of Management at Chea Sim University of Kamchay Mea and master’s degree in Business at Royal University of Law and Economics.
