Phnom Penh: On April 21, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) in collaboration with the Better Factory Cambodia (ILO-BFC) had organized a training on “Harassment at Workplace” for Arbitrators, Secretariat of Arbitration Council, and ACF staffs, total 23 participants, including 15 women. This training was facilitated by Mrs. Nou Pheary and Mrs. Tho Thida, Gender specialist of Better Factory Cambodia (ILO-BFC).
This training is conducted in the right purposes of building capacity of all participants on 1) The definition of harassment and forms and type of harassment, 2) The consequences of harassment, and 3) Means to prevent harassment in the workplace.
Through presentation and active discussion, all participants understand deeply all the contents of the training, and able to identify harassment behaviors and know how to prevent and address harassment at workplace.
