In response to public feedback, and to increase service provision transparency, the Arbitration Council publishes a weekly hearing schedule released every Friday. Pursuant to the Cambodian Labour Law, Arbitration Council hearings remain closed to the public. Morning hearings normally commence at 08:30a.m., and afternoon hearings usually commence at 02:00p.m. However, hearings may start later depending on the availability of the arbitration hearing panel members.
The hearing schedule may change without prior notice; however parties will be advised as soon as possible where a change is made.
