Phnom Penh: On 28 June, 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), in collaboration with The Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC) and Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) organized a workshop on Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by the Arbitration Council for their members who are from Human Resource, Admin and Compliance units in total of 61 participants (32 women).
This workshop was presented by Arbitrator Ann Vireak, a member of the Arbitration Council, in which providing participants the opportunity to gain better understandings and to clarify their doubt on the process of Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by Arbitration Council and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia.
