Phnom Penh: On 20 November 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), in collaboration with Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association, Cambodia Constructors Association, Cambodia Television Association and Insurance Association of Cambodia organized a workshop on Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by the Arbitration Council for their members from Human Resource, Admin and Compliance units and Lawyer, enterprise owner, and news reporter in total of 49 staffs including 20 women.
This workshop was presented by Arbitrator Ann Vireak, a member of the Arbitration Council, in which providing participants the opportunity to gain better understandings and to clarify their doubt on the process of Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by Arbitration Council and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia.
