Phnom Penh: On 20 March 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) organized a workshop on Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by the Arbitration Council for member of 6 Federations and Confederations unions namely Building and Wood Workers Trade Union Federation of Cambodia (BWTUC), Voice Khmer Youth Union Federation (VKYUF), Youth Spirit Union Confederation for Cambodia Labor (YSUCCL), Federation of Free TradeUnion of Workers of the Kingdom of Cambodia (FTUWKC), Peace Leader Union Confederation(PLUC), and National labour confederation of cambodia (NLCC) in total of 60 union members including 19 women.
This workshop was presented by Arbitrator Ann Vireak, a member of the Arbitration Council, in which providing participants the opportunity to gain better understandings and to clarify their doubt on the process of Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by Arbitration Council and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia.
