Phnom Penh: On 3rd July 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation organized a reflection workshop on the effectiveness of the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program among 36 participants (16 women) who are the representatives of employers, workers, and unions from eight factories that joint DPRP training in 2023. This workshop also participated by the representatives of the Textile, Apparel, Footwear, and Travel Goods Association in Cambodia (TAFTAC).
This workshop is conducted to evaluate the capacity, knowledge, and skills development among participants and to reflect on the effectiveness and challenges of the dispute prevention and resolution program implementation.
All participants indicated their improvement both knowledge and skill through discussion, sharing the real practice linked to the training content, and their positive changes through all four training modules.
